I am very pleased with the course. I appreciate the level of understanding that is achieved by going into the mathematics behind the algorithms.
I feel that I was missing this in some of the other courses. I think the lecturer is brilliant. Royi has a ton of knowledge and experience. His explanations are good and intuitive.
Very good material and visualizations on slides. Going over practical notebooks with code is another good thing to preserve.
Royi listens and understands the students questions (which is not trivial) and always has an answer.
The course site is very well organized with plenty of useful material. A TON of patience with questions about homework assignments.

Outsourcing / Advising

Sysmetric

We have worked with Sysmetric on an innovative project called Wall Thickness Gauge.
We supplied algorithm which analyzes signals from FMCW RADAR. We estimated the parameters which allows accurate measure of a pipe wall thickness.
The task involved Signal Processing and Optimization skills to be employed.
We also offered a life cycle support for the project until it was fully implemented on the target device.

Tamir, Project Engineer: Sysmetric is a world leading supplier of accurate control, measurement and dozing systems for the plastic industry.
The company has launched an innovative non-destructive, RADAR based, measurement product intended for micrometer-accuracy measurement of in-process pipes and plastic surfaces.
Fixel Algorithm’s excellent and highly skilled team has taken a key role in developing the product’s algorithm, which involves advanced signal processing techniques.
The collaboration with Fixel Algorithm in terms of schedules, meeting goals and integration was excellent.

CI Systems

We have worked with CI Systems on several projects in which we developed algorithms and assisted with System Engineering.
We were challenged to solve an ML task with low number of examples.

Amir Gil, Product Line Manager - Remote Sensing: CI Systems worked with Fixel Algorithms on two different projects, one involving image recognition and the other for signal analysis. Fixel Algorithms delivered practical solutions and detailed reports. The work was executed quickly, efficiently and with a thorough understanding of the goals and scope of the projects. We were very satisfied with this work and will definitely return to Fixel Algorithms for future Machine-Learning based analysis needs.

TrafficPoint / Ryzen

We have worked with TrafficPoint / Ryzen about modeling their analysis process with Bayesian Methods.
The project was about tailoring them a model which has a string analytical foundations yet matches their business insights.
